Angel Aesthetics x Matcha Maiden – Complimentary LED Session and Angel Lip Mask

1. The offer

1.1 Eligible participants receive one complimentary LED session and one Angel Lip Mask (the Offer) at a participating Angel Aesthetics clinic.

1.2 The Offer is provided at no cost. It is not conditional on booking, purchasing or receiving any other treatment, product or service.

1.3 The LED session may be booked as a standalone appointment or alongside another appointment, at the participant’s election. Session duration is as scheduled at the time of booking.

1.4 The Angel Lip Mask is provided at the appointment, subject to stock availability at the clinic attended. The Offer does not include postage from another clinic where stock is unavailable.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to persons aged 18 years and over.

2.2 Available to new patients of Angel Aesthetics only. A new patient is a person who has not previously attended any Angel Aesthetics clinic.

2.3 One Offer per person. The Offer is not transferable and may not be assigned, sold or gifted to another person.

3. Offer period

3.1 Bookings must be made between 13 August 2026 and 30 August 2026 inclusive (the Booking Period).

3.2 The appointment itself may be scheduled for a date after the Booking Period, provided it is attended on or before 31 December 2026.

3.3 Bookings made outside the Booking Period are not eligible.

4. Bookings and redemption

4.1 Bookings may be made via the Angel Aesthetics online booking page, by telephone, or via our website chat.

4.2 Where the LED session is booked on its own, promotional code AUGMMAA must be entered at the time of booking. Entering the code removes any charge for that session. Payment details are still required to confirm the booking; no amount is charged for the LED session.

4.3 The code applies to a standalone LED session booking only and cannot be applied to a booking that includes any other treatment or service.

4.4 Where the participant books another treatment or service, Angel Aesthetics’ standard deposit terms apply to that treatment or service. The complimentary LED session may be added to that appointment at no cost, on request at any time before or during the appointment. The code is not used in this case.

4.5 The Offer must be claimed at the time of booking, or raised with the clinic before the conclusion of the appointment. Where the Offer is not claimed within these times, it will not be applied retrospectively to that appointment. The Offer remains available to be claimed at a subsequent appointment, provided the original booking was made within the Booking Period.

4.6 Available at Angel Aesthetics Brisbane, Gold Coast (Bundall) and Perth (South Perth) clinics.

4.7 All bookings are subject to appointment availability at the selected clinic.

4.8 Angel Aesthetics may vary, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice. Bookings confirmed before withdrawal will be honoured.

4.9 Angel Aesthetics reserves the right to require reasonable proof of eligibility.

5. Suitability and clinical discretion

5.1 All appointments are subject to a suitability assessment. The LED session will proceed only where our practitioner considers it clinically appropriate.

5.2 Angel Aesthetics may decline or reschedule an appointment where treatment is not suitable, including on medical, safety or clinical grounds. No alternative, substitution or compensation is offered where an appointment is declined on these grounds.

5.3 Attendance at the appointment does not create an obligation on the participant to purchase or book any other treatment, product or service.

6. Value and redemption

6.1 The Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or credited against the cost of any other treatment, product or service.

6.2 The Offer cannot be combined with any other Angel Aesthetics offer, promotion or program.

6.3 Where a confirmed booking is not attended, or is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Offer may be forfeited and Angel Aesthetics’ standard cancellation terms apply.

6.4 Where a booking made within the Booking Period is cancelled or rescheduled with the required notice, the Offer may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, provided it is attended on or before 31 December 2026.

7. General

7.1 The Offer is provided by Angel Aesthetics Clinic. Matcha Maiden is not the provider of the Offer and has no responsibility for the delivery of any service or product under it.

7.2 By participating, you accept these terms and Angel Aesthetics’ Privacy Policy and Booking and Cancellation Policy.

7.3 Personal information collected in connection with the Offer is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
