Important Information

If for any reason treatment does not go ahead a $50 consultation fee applies and $100 consultation fee applies with our founder.

If a patient no shows to their appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment a $100 cancellation fee is charged, and must be paid prior to your next booking (this includes consultations & follow up appointments). Please note, rescheduling your appointment is classified as a cancellation as you are cancelling your original appointment and re-booking another.

Please ensure you have not had the COVID-19 vaccination within the last three weeks of your appointment or planning to have the vaccination within the next 2 weeks post appointment.

It is important that you are not travelling internationally 2 weeks after your dermal filler appointment, please notify us via text, phone or email as we may need to reschedule your appointment to adhere to safety guidelines.
